Really good Stay
smooth check-in immaculate landscaping fine villa attentive staff
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I liked the seamless coordination. The landscaping was immaculate. The villa was fine and well-appointed. Staff members were very good, anticipating needs before I asked. The attentiveness stood out.
I found that some areas required a bit of a walk to reach.

Breakfast offered fabulous food and service outdoors. The hotel features multiple dining options, including the acclaimed Stay restaurant, a two Michelin-starred hotel. The hotel also offers convenient boat trips for additional culinary experiences.

Staff members were cute, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Senior management was present and attentive. Our host, Andrei, cared for us. The kindness and professionalism was commendable.

The Grand Pool and Safina Pool were lovely. The Palm Mansion room featured beach views. The gym had modern equipment. The balcony provided a relaxing space. It was magnificent.

my palm manor premiere king room waterpark access was spacious. it had a great layout. the minibar was always well-stocked. i found the turndown service very thoughtful with little treats. i also enjoyed the daily newspaper delivery,.
The gym equipment was a little dated. Some treadmills could use an update. but it was functional.
